Deep Cut's "Anarchy Rainbow" from Splatoon 3 is incredible and incredibly fun!
One of the things I love about Splatoon and its music is the culmination and amalgamation of various inspirations all beautifully interwoven together in a fun and mesmerizing way. Anarchy Rainbow is perhaps one of the best examples of how they blended in multiple cultural influences into a rad song after years of exploring such interwoven styles since the first Splatoon game. They really put a lot of love into this song and, in my opinion, really helped to show appreciation for the respective influences they have in it.
We have Japanese, Indian, and Brazilian representations wonderfully blended in together to create a really neat sound that's fun to dance and sing along to. While it's easiest to spot them with the respective idol's part (Japanese for Shiver, Indian for Frye, and even they hype man part heard so often in Brazilian, and by extension, Latin American music via Big Man's part). While the chorus and main rhythm is all Brazilian (samba based) the entire song still has ties to the other two influences by how the song has layered the instruments.
It's just so beautifully done! This is the kind of exploration in interweaving of multiple culture's style of music I adore and would love to see more of in the world. Splatoon 3 has set up the stage very nicely and I hope it helps inspire other people to try exploring such blended styles.
For the moment, I'm going to be jamming to this song for the entire day. The world premiere Splatfest is happening today and I couldn't be more hyped. This song sets the stage, sets the mood, and I can't help, but fall into its rhythm<3
I'm still waiting for Final Fantasy 5 and 6 to have a remake or remaster. They got through 1 to 4 and then just as I was anticipating 5 and then 6 to be announced they jumped to 7.

I know Squeenix has a thing with numbers (hello Kingdom Hearts), but come on.
But 5 and 6 have such potential for a solid remake. Octopath Traveller and Triangle Strategy are gorgeous in their designs and I would looove if 5 and 6 got that treatment. A dream, maybe, but a good one.
As someone who's always wanted to play all the earlier FF (I started with Tactics and 7) I'm always sad to know they have just been silent about 5 and 6. I haven't played those ones yet and they're the only two I'm missing from when I originally got into the series. Please make 5 and 6 happen ;o;
